El cuarto estaba infectado de cucarachas dejamos nuestros alimentos y cuando regresamos estaban llenos de cucarachas Hicimos el reporte y q no había nadie responsable para cambiarnos de habitación

La playa estaba muy sucia, y las palapas y algunas zona des las instalaciones totalmente descuidadas. si le dieran un poco más de mantenimiento el lugar tendría más visitas. Realmente es un hotel muy bonito.

Esta bien pero yo cancele xq no puedo subir escaleras xq estoy mslo d la cintura y la parte baja no cuenta con clima para descansar abajo las atenciones muy bien

deliciosa comida

en la habitación el aire acondicionado no servia y el lugar estaba muy caliente, solicite prendieran el boiler ya que los días que estuve solo uno hubo agua caliente, la recepcionista me hablo de mala manera e hizo caso omiso de mi solicitud, volví a buscarla 15 minutos después y habían cerrado recepción

Le gardien de sécurité était très gentil, il nous a aidé pour avoir un taxi car l'office fermé à 7h30, il était très serviable.

On nous avait dit que le resto était ouvert tôt le matin, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Nous voulions déjeuner avant d'aller à l'aéroport et il n'y avait aucun resto à proximité.

Two pools, one heated one not, the beach, tv channels in englsh

It was easter week and overcrowded with families. The pools were packed with kids morning to night but never cleaned. I saw clumps of hair and soggy tissues etc. Floating In the pool. The plastic lounge chairs were mostly broken. As a single i was put in a little back room, with a small window looking at a small hallway across from more rooms. Despite booking months in advance. I was told that is normal for "singles". Because at that point it was easter weekend, there was nothing else available, so i had to stay. Front desk lady tried to charge me a little more than my confirmation stated and seemed slightly miffed when i pointed it out. The tv remote didnt work. The wifi didnt work. Was told they had wifi but it didnt work in the rooms only on the grounds, but it didnt work there or even in the office.

We were given an upgrade without requesting it (regular room to a Junior Suite). Definitely appreciated the extra space and kitchen. The onsite restaurant has great food. The closeness of the beach and ocean was a definite drawing point for us and it did not disappoint.There's a pub on the corner (Buzzos), lively place and wonderful staff. We were entertained by a live mariachi band. Checking in and out were both very quick and smooth and the front desk called us a taxi to continue on to our next adventure.

Ultra-hard mattresses. We made it work by using the couch cushions as a mattress topper, otherwise it would have been a very uncomfortable sleep. No in-room safe to lock up valuables. If you order coffee at the restaurant, you may want to bring your own sugar, as they only offer sugar substitute. We have very limited Spanish and most of the staff we encountered (restaurant and cleaning) had very limited English, so communication was 'interesting' at times.

Toilet ran constantly, maintenance guy said it was fine. Lack of hot water for shower. Tv had wavy lines. Had two remotes that didn't work, had to unplug it to shut it off. Bed uncomfortable. One table that wobbled. No hangers in closet. Someone tried to enter our room when we were in it. Paid for two nites, left after one.

Quiet beach.

Cleanliness was just ok. the bungalow beside us on the beach was empty and we were not offered to upgrade which would have been a really nice extra. drain in upstairs bathroom had a bad odour. beds were extremely hard and bedding was lacking NO COFFEE POT!!!!!! 19% taxes were added and other hotels told us if we paid cash the tax should not be added

The mattresses were great. Not the usual cheaper hotel hard ones. I slept great! Huge walk in showers. Both the room and bathroom are large! They have two nice pools, one with spiral slide. They have a little restaurant that helps in a pinch! The beach out front is la long long stretch of loveliness!!

It’s pretty far to walk to Bucerias Central for night life, but it’s an easy walk up the beach a few miles.

La ubicación buena la limpieza regula tuvimos q pedir limpiaran d nuevo una d las habitaciones y según dijeron usaron químicos y por eso olía mal pero n olía a químico olía a sucio la ropa d cama ya muy vieja y manchada en otra habitación a abrir frigi bar aun habia latas d jugó y cerveza en refri y empezadas y volteados los líquidos dentro d ellas n son seguros las habitaciones porque no puedes poner llave solo seguro . y súper bien la ubicación y la persona vijilante don Manuel mis respetos exelente persona en recepción. M cobraron. El total antes d entregar habitación y si tenia alguna queja pues ya estaba pagado

La playa es tranquila para los niños parece una gran alberca, la estancia en el hotel buena solo había muchos ormiga en en la cosina y camas

el cuarto es demasiado austero y los cuartos con cocina muy por arriba del costo de otros lugares similares, el lugar no tiene tienda cerca ni restaurante debes hacer de comer

los colchones muy feos y en mal estado, el baño bueno pero se salia el agua al cuarto cuando se bañaba
